// THE WHITEPAPER (THERE IS NO PAPER)

The
Manifesto

Fourteen articles. No tokenomics, no "vision," no lies. Just a mirror with the lights turned all the way up. Every other project in this space wrote a document to make you feel smart for buying. We wrote one to make you feel seen for buying anyway. Read it slowly. It is about you.

// while you're here: read the receipts (leaked team chats - the rug, documented before it happens) and the FAQ (the cope corner).

01

You are the exit liquidity. It's not an insult. It's your job title.

Every market needs a bagholder of last resort - a final wallet where the money goes to die so that everyone who got in before you can get out alive. For this collection, that wallet is yours. We did not choose you. You volunteered the instant you connected.

You are not the customer. You are the payment, the product, and the punchline.

02

"Is it free?" Listen to yourself.

You found a 10,000-piece collection and the very first neuron to fire spelled the word free. A grown adult, refreshing a mint page like a raccoon working a dumpster lid, praying that tonight the trash is gourmet.

You are not an investor. You are a coupon with a seed phrase. We see you. We have always seen you.

03

You did this. Free mints made your JPEGs worthless.

Do not blame "the market." Do not blame "the bear." You and ten thousand identical gas goblins demanded everything for zero, minted fifty copies of every dog-frog-cat derivative, and dumped them all into the same dead pool.

You are not a victim of the rug economy. You are its unpaid labor force.

04

You never bought art. You bought permission to lose money in public.

Nobody minted a frog because it was beautiful. You minted it because a stranger with an anime profile picture implied that another, dumber stranger would pay more for it later. That is the entire thesis. That is the whole religion.

It was never a gallery. It was a casino that let you keep the receipt and call it a collection.

05

There is no utility. There was never going to be utility.

"Wen utility" is the sound a portfolio makes as it flatlines. Utility is the bedtime story founders read to holders so they hold through the dump. Staking, a game, a token, a metaverse parcel - those are not products, they are sedatives.

We are not insecure enough to lie to you. The utility is the feeling in your stomach right now. Treasure it. It is the only thing here that will hold value.

06

Your "conviction" is just poverty with good branding.

You did not hold through the dip because you believe. You held because the gas to sell cost more than the bag was worth, and saying the loss out loud would make it real.

"Diamond hands" is what we call a man who cannot find a buyer. "Conviction" is what we call a man who cannot afford the exit. We renamed your worst trade and you thanked us for it.

07

The roadmap is a hostage note you write to yourself.

Q1: vibes. Q2: more vibes. Q3: "big announcement." Q4: silence. A roadmap is not a plan, it is a leash, and you are the one holding the other end - wrapped twice around your own neck. Every milestone is a future excuse engineered to stop you from selling.

We respect you too much to draw you one. Ours is four words long: we sell, you cope.

08

"Community" is a support group with an entry fee.

You did not find friends. You found other bagholders, and you all silently agreed to clap for each other so that nobody has to be the first to say it out loud.

The Discord is not a movement. It is a waiting room with custom emojis. The morning "gm" is not a greeting - it is a wellness check to confirm nobody jumped overnight.

09

Anon is not a red flag. It's a lesson learned.

You ask why the team is anonymous as if you would not do the exact same thing in our shoes. We watched the honest, doxxed founders get crucified, subpoenaed, and quote-tweeted into dust for the crime of shipping.

We are frogs. No faces, no names, no forwarding address. This is not us hiding from you. This is us being smarter than the last guy who trusted you with his real name.

10

"This time is different" - the four most expensive words you know.

It is not different. It is never different. It is the same frog in a slightly different hat, sold by the same energy in a different Discord, to the same you with a slightly emptier wallet.

The only variable that changes each cycle is the number of zeros between you and break-even. "This time is different." "This time you're early." You have said both before, ser. To my face.

11

We removed the only variable that ever hurt you: hope.

Every other project sells you a maybe. Maybe it moons, maybe the team delivers, maybe you make it. We took the maybe out back and shot it. There is no hopium here - only the certainty of the rug and the strange, monastic peace that comes with it.

You cannot be betrayed by a project that promised, in writing, to betray you. That makes us, somehow, the single most trustworthy thing in the entire space.

12

You will mint anyway. We are counting on it.

You have now read most of a manifesto written by people openly explaining how they intend to take your money - and instead of closing the tab, you kept scrolling, hunting for the mint button.

That is not a flaw in our plan. That is the plan. We did not have to convince you. We only had to wait.

13

There is no greater fool. Look up.

The whole game runs on finding someone dumber than you to sell to. You have spent years searching for that person across every chart, every Telegram, every Discord on earth.

We are genuinely sorry to be the ones to tell you where the search ends. Check the reflection in your screen. He's right there. He's been here the whole time. Say gm to him.

14

ngmi is not an insult. It's a diagnosis, and you have it.

Not gonna make it. You read it as a warning about other people. It was never about other people. We put it in the name, on the logo, in your face - and you still applied for the whitelist.

The cope is over. The acceptance can begin. Burn the bag. Take the spot. You're home now, ser.

Terms you agreed to by scrolling this far

By reaching the bottom of this document you accept, irrevocably and retroactively, that you are: (a) the exit liquidity, (b) going to call it conviction, (c) going to blame the bear, (d) going to mint the next one with the rent money, and (e) going to tell people you were early. This agreement was binding before you arrived. It is parody. It is also, somehow, the only contract in crypto that will be honored exactly as written.

That's the manifesto. No vision statement, no "we're building," no roadmap to nowhere - just the truth, notarized, before the rug. The most honest document in the space was written by the people planning to rug you.
